Our feelings hold a valuable place in our day-to-day awareness and growth. They help us navigate through the world, keep us “on track” in our personal and professional lives, and tell us when and where to take action. Jill believes that when you let go of suffering, you make space for something new… like more fun. Sometimes having fun, is one of the life experiences we keep putting off.
